The information site and editor use different addresses
The official editor link points to app.diagrams.net, also identified as the web application in the terms. Those terms cover the web and desktop applications and the listed Microsoft 365 apps; Confluence and Jira apps have a separate agreement. Do not treat all integrations as one identical service.

Choose a storage location first

Make the question clearer, not the diagram busier
Decide what the diagram must explain before adding shapes. For an approval workflow, emphasise decisions and responsibility; for a system view, distinguish what different connections mean. A useful diagram should not require its author to decode every symbol.
You remain responsible for storage and backup
The terms say your diagrams belong to you, use your chosen storage and must be backed up by you. Microsoft and Atlassian platforms retain their own agreements. Open-source editor code is not an unrestricted licence for trademarks, artwork or every third-party platform service.
