Copy and keep the receipt safe. It is the credential for this report, so do not publish it. OfficialNav does not keep it in your browser.
When you come back, enter the receipt on the right to check progress. A lost receipt cannot be recovered by email.

Privacy, retention and notification
The address is stored encrypted; it is never published, indexed or exported. It is deleted thirty days after the case closes or ninety days after submission, whichever comes first, and you can cancel notification immediately with the receipt. The original description and reference URL are kept for ninety days and then deleted; the case record without contact data is retained for audit.
A private receipt is valid for ninety days. Mail already handed to the delivery service cannot be recalled; email can be delayed or filtered, and the outcome shown on this page does not depend on delivery. Notification is free and never asks for payment or a login password.
